Rule 35
Consent required
(1) The consent of the council must be obtained before granting a license to operate any industry on private land within the conservation area.
(2) The council may prescribe certain conditions to be followed by such industry while giving consent in accordance with sub-rule (1).
(3) Even in the case of industries operating in protected areas before the commencement of this rule, the council may prescribe necessary conditions.
